I'm Back

After careful consideration I've decided to reopen this blog. I miss it, and it's my first blog. I have another but this one is homey, worn in, and where I'd really like to be.


In October I had gastric bypass surgery and have lost 61 lbs so far with more to come off. I've bid on a new position at work; one with more responsibilities and stresses but I think I can handle it. I was sick for Christmas and in the hospital for New Years with a gall stone attack...nothing like getting all the illnesses out of the way at the start of the year.

I have a delightful kitten named Jack who makes me laugh and keeps me warm.

Life is good.
