I have no idea honey. Men are actually hard to manage, worse than woman really. I've had to do it and finally told them to stop being babies, grow up act like adults and do the work. They're grown men and stop whinning.
The clincher was when I told them I would rather manage an office full of woman!! That did the trick. (I had told them previously I would rather walk through fire...eat glass than manage an office of woman)
